We collect as little as we can and never sell it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, country, trek, dates, group size and message. We use it only to reply to you and plan your trek.
When you book, we also need your passport details to apply for your Bhutan visa, and health and insurance details for your safety on trek. We share them only with the Government of Bhutan (for your visa and SDF) and the hotels and crew on your trip.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The terrain maps load map tiles from OpenTopoMap, and fonts come from Google Fonts; both see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after two years. Booking records are kept as long as Bhutan's tourism and tax rules require.

Accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA. Every map has a text list of the same information, and the elevation charts have a day-by-day table. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.
